 Heater control lights

The bulb was blown on the heater control, so I replaced that. Still not going. Checked for voltage at the terminal, nothing. But this seems to be the only one that isn't working. Does anyone know what fuse this is fed off? 93 SC 4WD

My climate control must need some bulbs
too some lights up and some doesn't
