Location of Fuse 21 -Tail lights and the Dash Lights

I can't find the location. It is not in with the other fuses in the main fuse box by the Brake Pedal.[b]

Any help would be appreciated.

I think this fuse should be in the foot well on the passenger side. There is a fuse compartment behind the covering on the central console.

Thanks for your help. That is where is was right where you said. Mint now I can drive at night.
