KZH106 Tail lights type clarification

My 1995 kzh106 has tail lights with reversing lights in middle section which do not light up, but reversing lights on tailgate do light up in reverse...No i havent actauly checked to see if electrical side of things is working correctly yet, reason being i suspect someone has fitted incorrect tail lights in the past...q? are tail lights supposed to have reversing light built in aswell as reversing lights on Tail gate??? are my suspicions correct? i really need to see another van the same.. Thnx

and yes i have looked online but still not sure which lights i should have as not that obvious to me.. i suppose i could look up the part number...
