Flickering door open lights....

Hey, when ever I`m going over bumps or the van is idling my `door is open` light is flickering. So the interior lights are also. When I open the passenger window slightly it stops. Can anyone help me with this??? Please???

Bad contact on door switch or broken wire were wires go through side of door

mine did that and I put a sticky pad on the door opposite the switch as it wasn't pushing the switch far enough.

cheap as chips. not on the uk site but delivered to me nonetheless.

I know this thread is old, still here is what I did:

First I tried to adjust the position of the hook on the frame to make the door sit more tight against the frame. There is a little clearance in the throughole.
That did help a little, but not completely. I ended up taking out the contact switch and unplugging it completely ( and wrapping some tape around). I did this on all my doors and by this I also got ride of that annoying key in ignition beeping noise:-D
The door open warning does not work anymore obviously...
