Have a look at these threads:

Seems that a short wheelbase 2WD minibus is likely to be on 40psi car tyres, preferably reinforced. A super-long wheelbase 4x4 hightop will be carded for 6PR rated Commercial vehicle tyres front (eg 195R15C, 6PR) & 8PR rear (eg 195R15C, 8PR). The "C" suffix says it's a "commercial vehicle" tyre, sometimes called an LT or "light truck tire" (US usage, I believe).

There's quite a big difference in maximum vehicle weight across the Hiace range- the smaller ones are like people carriers, the big ones are close to small trucks!

Cheers,
           W.

PS In case you don't know- there are three wheelbase lengths... short, long, super-long. the super-long was never officially imported to the UK but there are quite a few grey imports about. The SWB ones come with a normal height roof, the LWB ones can have standard or high roof, the SLWBs are all high-roof... Though I guess all is likely to vary with year, market, model, aftermarket conversion etc....! Bigger chassis vans have higher payloads and hence need stronger tyres.
