By pass Heater Cores

Hey

Having Trouble with heaters in Van

Would like to by pass the system to solve problem

Front and Rear Heater core.

Has any one done this before ?

where does the heater line leave and return ?

Rear heater feed/return is drivers side underneath rear wards of the air filter.
Front I can't remember but would again be underneath and up the front.

Are they leaking?

I dont want a Rear heater.
The Front is Leaking have tryed stop leak products but they know good.
iv No time or money for a new heater core at the moment.

For front heater there are two hoses running from the left side of engine to the front behind the bumper.
You can see them when you lay under the car from the front bumper side.

One hose already closes off with a cable if you disable heating. You will see that mechanism as well there.
The return line you would need to srop yourself.

I wouldnot by pass it, I would just close it. Because that would give you slightly better cooling, more coolant going to radiator.
