Hi All,
Has any one found any way to bleed the rear heater matrix / is there a bleed screw on it?
Mine on my 1993 2.8l super custom limited emptied its self in to my left eye on Friday when the rotten steel pipe (the last one before the matrix underneath that gets pelted by the rear wheel) snapped off as i wiped it to see where the drip was coming from - one more pot hole and i think it would have gone on the road!
I was going to change the coolant and top hose anyway but now i am worried that the rear heater will not fill back up properly without some sort of bleeding - any ideas?.
Also any tips on coolant change and bleeding for the 2.8l engine would be very appreciated.
(The rotten pipe in question has been discontinued by Toyota so I'm gonna replace it using rubber pipes attached to the old metal ones for support and a couple of plastic right angle joiners - will post a few pick in the problems fixing part of this website when I'm done)
