heater mode button

hi guys need help with the heater mode button it is stuck on face and will not go to feet or anything else any help gratefully recieved

On mine its a manually operated slider...which move single core wire cable to push / pull the flaps....end of cable terminates at the centre ..drivers side of heater box on the floor.
It might be jammed...but if yours is servo operated I'd get a multimeter out

follow up on problem! All fixed must of been a bit of sh*t in the works pulled it out and disassembled cleaned and refitted now works better than ever. bu***r another thing to maintain yearly atleast i know it will work.
