Oh yeah if your van is like mine it won't have the TEMS set up like our 2wd cousins. Mine had the TEMS shocks but no TEMS buttons or lights on the dash? I guess when you have full time 4WD you can make up for that extra body roll Like the other day in the wet slippery corners, just plant the foot and hold on tight - NO SLIP JUST FULL ON GRIP!! BYE BYE 2WD'ERS

Yes please photo's of the nudge bar will be a big help! I was going to build one fromS/steel but all we had was 6mm wall and 75 mm in diameter which would be very heavy so i got some alum. one from wrecks at the junk yard will be able to build one from all the bits alum is very good to work with will be no trouble just would like to see how they go on some go under the front and some just go through the front
Camp trailer i will have to send you a look what we take when we go A camping! the sand was ok but i went down a bank at the old gold mines and the track was gone half way down and we slid down on the plates i bet they never did that in Japan !!~~
The game show from Japan had the very same van as i have so it looks like they haven't changed the outside anyhow they didn't show the inside this time??

Ok Merv... Nudge bar and Rally 2000's

The brackets are weldered to the tubing, two on each side.

Brackets line up with threaded bolt holes in chassis rails

There are bolt holes behind the front plastic bumper ready to go as well

It didnt take long to bolt it up either, all lined up perfect! That normaly doesn't happen to me.

I do thank you for all your trouble now i can see just how and what and where it all goes very nice and your SC looks number one AGAIN thanks for your trouble !!
