RHZ101 tensioner pulley

Hi,

I've got a squeaky v belt on my 2001 RZH101 petrol (2RZ-E engine). I've done the water test (stops immediately) on the belt connecting the crankshaft pulley to the power steering pulley. So it may be the belt or the tensioner pulley (hoping it's not the bearing on the power steering pump pulley).

Getting the tensioner pulley released before adjusting the tension looks very tight - the centre bolt is close to the fan. Any tips?
