| Hi Johnny,
Did you find a solution to your leak?
I have the same issue - carpet up at the moment drying out!
Cheers

| check the window rubber, there is a chance its perished and allowing water in, also worth checking the door rubber and finally the sunroof ( if you have one), the drain could be blocked allowing water into the van, happened at the rear of my mx-5 when the drain blocked..
if these are ok then i'd take off the front grill and check that there are no loose rubber grommets..
To take the grill off, remove the indicator / sidelight unit, this should uncover bolts, undue these and it should then pop off
Andy

| There is a how to on removing grill here somewhere. Does the camper have the same drain hose as the sky roof panels? If so it may be blocked and letting water in. | |

| My leak isn't from the grill as seems to come from higher up.
I don't have a sunroof but suspect the window seal so am getting it redone.

| Window washer jets not seal to the body work?
Most common is the sunroof rains pipe but as you don't have one.
Let us know how you get on.

| Clive, thanks for suggestion. Thanks to the weather have had a closer inspection. Took the speaker unit out and noticed a steady drip from the welded seam running under the windscreen. Starngely there is also some sort of drainage pipe which appears to originate in the same area as the leak and dangles through a grommet to terminate outside - it's not blocked and drips are coming through it but I have no idea what it could be draining? I cant see behind the welded seam unfortunately All comments welcome ..... | |

| Would have thought that Heater/ A/C condensation drainage would be lower down.
This is right in the corner of the windscreen

| @ robysam: On both bottom corners of the windscreen apperture there are drain holes with pipes leading to the outside, That is probably what you have found. Common fault to find is that the foam seal that goes between the pipe and body has perished, unfortunately this requires removal of the windscreen to rectify. Another common fault seen alot in my trade is as Clive suggested, the washer stalks leak notoriously.
Hope this helps | |
