I can't remember how to put the seat belt back !

I recently took both the front seats out of my van to get at the engine, sound proof and eventually change the carpet. Yesterday I put the passenger seat back but I was left with a bracket on the seat belt and I can't remember where it goes. It's the seat belt for the middle section. Not the main passenger seat the one that folds down and not the part with the button, it's on the strap with the end that you plug in.

The strap is attached to the body on the edge of the shelf behind the seat near the battery and the end you plug in goes through the gaps in the two front passenger seats but it also has a bracket that bolts onto the body of the van. This bracket is on the strap, can slide up and down and I can't remember where it goes.

Can someone please have a look at their van and let me know where I should attach it. The exploded picture on the parts diagram isn't clear.
