Power tilt steering wheel

Hi on my 1992 super custom that has been standing for about six months, started no issues once battery charged , . The power tilt on the steering wheel now refuses to work, it did click three times then nothing no noise or anything.

Does not work on switch nor when ignition on and or removed. It is in the up position.

Any help appreciated

Hi, I had trouble with mine and it turned out that the grease must of gone a bit hard and bound the gears. As soon as I cleaned it up and put new grease on it worked great. I'd try that first as I thought for sure mine was electrical.
