| Lift the seat and engine cover undo the two nuts holding the filter in place lift the filter about six inches place a large cloth in space below to catch drips unclip water sensor wire from harness now you can unscrew the filter from filter head by hand if too tight use filter wrench, spillage will occur hence the cloth. remove filter and unscrew water sensor from bottom after tipping fuel into container, check new filter has all rubber seals in place. Reverse procedure with new filter 1/4 turn after hand tight.

| Forgot the important bit :- Use primer on top of filter to prime the filter. I usually do this with pipe to pump removed . | |
