3.0 TD horse power

G'day,

can any of you punters tell me how many horse power or Killerwasps are available at the flywheel of the '94 3.0 TD?

Hi Mal,

The 1KZTE (without intercooler) generates 96kW (129 ponies) @ about 3500rpm and approx 290Nm torque @ somewhere near 2000 rpm. Not sure about the intercooled ones as they came later than mine.

you're a wealth of information, I am considering using my engine for a 37Kw 3 phase generator as my van is now retired, it should do the job easily.
