Hiace van wiring

I have a 2002 Hiace van. The interior lights were not working/ On investigation I found one bulb expired but the other OK. I stuck my meter probe into the cab light, there was a flash and I lost the radio, clock, remote locking and cig lighter. I checked the fuses (by the acceleartor peda) and all are OK. Is there another fuse box or perhaps inline fuses somewhere that cover these circuits or can anyone shed some light on this problem?

Don't know...but you could also check the relays....similar location but housed over to the passenger side a bit....
