2LTE 1992 Hiace Fuel Injection Pump Installation

I need to rebuild the fuel injection pump for my 1992 Hiace (Oregon fuel injection will do testing and rebuilding of the pump, for around 1k) but I need a mechanic to pull it and reinstall it. I'm told because it's belt driven it needs a special tool from Toyota to adjust the timing / alignment on reinstalling the pump. Does anyone know where I could get this tool, or have any other advice for pulling and reinstalling this part?
