Hi level brake light / 'Center stop lamp'

Hello folks

While I have the tailgate of my LH119 apart I'd like to fit a high level brake light. The official options seem to be: https://toyota.epc-data.com/regius_ace/lh119v/114894/electric/8117/ but I've no idea where whether these are standard on more newer vans. I think all the H100s probably have the same tailgate?

My van has the P21/5W lights in the tailgate (see Scheme 2 on https://toyota.epc-data.com/regius_ace/lh119v/114894/electric/8111/) so should be relatively easy to wire up.

There doesn't seem to be any earlier posts on this subject so here it is. High level brake lights are a useful addition, I think.
