| Ok please don't laugh, but I swear I've been trying to search this site for over an hour (and searched Google to no avail).
HOW DO OPEN THE FRONT SEATS!? lol
I've been poking around inside my van too, but cannot seem to find where the latches are to pop open the front seats to gain access to the engine.
Any instructions or links to a thread I may have missed are appreciated. Thank you! | |

| The console that the gear selector is a part of has a hinged lid, open the lid and there is a strip of carpet. Peel that back from it's velcro and you'll find the first latch. The second latch is under the carpet that emerges from under the passenger seat and drapes over the foot well area. Peel that back from its velcro and you will see another latch. With both of those undone you can tilt the passenger seat backwards and there is a plastic strap on the passenger b-pillar that you can hook to a metal catch that is on the passenger side of the metal lid you just tilted back. Hope this helps!

| There's a clip under the carpet in front of the passenger seat and another one under your cupholders | |

| Thank you djathens! Does the driver (RHS) seat also not flip open? Or is it designed for most access to be needed on the passenger seat side? | |

| All the everyday stuff like fluids/dipsticks can be accessed on the passenger side. There are additional hatches on the driver's side to get at stuff like the AC compressor and alternator, but require unbolting the driver's seat. Battery is under the carpet behind the passenger seat under its own hatch. | |
