A question about lights

Hi Everyone
I've gone and smashed my rear light unit (again) and having extreme difficulty locating a replacement of the exact same sort.
I was wondering if anyone knows if I can use alternative units such as those in image 1.?
Or even if standard Hiace van units (image 4) could be persuaded to slot in?
My current units are shown in pic 2 & 3.

Unit from Toyota = £100 ouch !!

Hi Tim,

Which side did you smash. I have a cracked, but still in good nick, one hiding in the loft which may do the job?

It's the near side (passenger) rear light cluster.
If that's the one you've got then you will be making my day, week, month.......
