| I have a big favour to ask. As directed by Kev I have been trying to order Firestone - Ride Rite air bags for my rear coils. They are ideal for my needs. Unfortunately the North American dealers for Ride Rite can not provide me with the model number I need because the Hiace is not in their system.
Could someone in Europe or OZ please inquire as to which Ride Rite air bag fits a LH-107G Hiace chassis? If I have the # then I can order the bags through the dealer here.
Thanks! | |

| Theres a couple of useful sites with model selectors. http://www.marcleleisure.co.uk/store/firestoneappslist.php This one lists hiace but from 99 on http://www.truckspring.com/ride-rite_641.html http://www.ultimateautoaccessories.com/Category%20Pages/Truck_Air_Kits/Toyota_Air_Suspension.htm Hope this helps. | |

| Thanks for the searching. I don;t imagine the Siena Van has the same coil as my 4x4 Hiace...
Does anybody know if the forerunner (surf) has the same coil part #?
That or.... could someone please contact Firestone (Europe) for me? http://fsip.com/misc/contact/contact_Europe.shtml
The online request form does not work for me I think because as I have to specify the Country I am in.... The form wont let my North American IP address specify that I live in the UK..... Arrrg!
Tell them I need a Ride Rite coil air bags that fit a: 1991 LH-107G 4x4 Hiace chassis.
And if they can provide a kit # so that I can place an order through my local supplier?
Many thanks. | |

| I completed the online enquiry so hope they come back.. The http://www.marcleleisure.co.uk/store/firestoneappslist.php site lists some of the forerunner models which have different numbers to the Hiace models so I would guess they are different. | |

| As it came in.. Thank you for your enquiry that has been passed onto us by Driverite Eire, www.driveriteltd.com , as we are their UK agents and supplier to UK and Channel Islands. In order to identify the correct kit for your 1991 Toyota Hiace, please see the enclosed "How to..." form. Also, if you could take a couple of pictures of the bump-stop and coil spring area, that would be most helpful. You can email me with the form answers, and the pics, instead of "snail-mail"! I will then liaise with Driverite -Technical dept, in Ireland and see if we can get an appropriate kit, and price, for your vehicle.
and then this pdf sheet.

If you fill in the enquiry form at MarcleLeisure, they'll sort out an air suspension kit for you (even if not listed on their site). If they don't have details of your vehicle, they'll sort something out specifically for you. HTH | |

| hi hope you got the air bag thing sorted the ones i got were FIRESTONE COILRITE CR 5022 ,this could be the aussie part number, you also need an extra 2inch slotted spacer and the bags go in with the air inlet to the bottom. on the box it said that they fitted a jackaroo and a musso sports, i pulled them out of the hiace when i gave it the flick and put them in a musso sports ute an easy fit ,air inlet to top and a 1/2" spacer .hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!! | |
