| Dodgy light (or sender), drop in oil pressure (filter maybe) low oil. Oil pump chucking it in..
I take it it is the pressure light and not the level one. | |

| Hi Fiona,
There are two oil warning lights. The one with just the oil can indicates low pressure. The one with the oil can above the wavy line means your oil needs topping up. Mine indicates a top up is required when the oil level is still above minimum on the dipstick. it does sometimes come on if stopped on a steep slope for long enough.

| Thanks. Its just the oil can. I took it to my guy & he said he thinks it may be the switch. He quickly did an oil flush (as I just dropped in on the chance they could have a squiz between booked in jobs) & it hasn't come back on since. He said just bring it in for a service sooner then scheduled. | |
