| Car manufacturers spend a lot of time and money on research to find the most effective location for oil coolers and they are nearly always strapped to the front of the radiator. As close as you can get it without touching. | |

| for the original ATF cooler built in in radiator, in more detail, just a pipe go into radiator lower tank and go back to AT box, the cooling efect not enough for me, because i am always drive my ride climbing long moutain. i want to add a external ATF cooler, which the ATF from AT box go into original cooler, come out and go into external ATF cooler and go back to ATf box. | |

| Just re-read your post mate, and sounds like a good idea I live on a fair sort of hill myself and it's the only place it over heats, going up the last steep pinch. I was going to hard wire a switch onto the aircon fan so that it would blow through the secondary radiator under the condensor.
I've had the auto g'box fully serviced and it's fine but maybe it does add to the strain on the main radiator.

| my friend, you add a switch to the secondary radiator fan is a good idea, the fan working all the time, i also wan do someting like this, my planing is add a extra fan infront of the main radiator, but this just more helping on reduce engine hot, the ATF still very hot, add a extra ATF cooler is better. | |

| i already install a ATF cooler for my ride, i install at the right side, infront of the ABS mechine, behinde the fog light.
tomorrow i will install motor oil cooler for my ride,
1 st of April, i will bring along my ride to challenge the road almost the difficult road in my place here, the journey is about 130 someting km, but 70 % is hill climbing, long hill climging, many cars will over heating in this road.
this few day i am prepairing my ride, i added a 12 inch electric fan infront of the main radiator, this fan will work just started the engine, the secondary radiator electric fan ,i also do like this, so when i start the engine, engine free fan, 2 electrix fan will work, the water termostat i also didn't use, hope all this will cooled my ride.
hope that i will success complete my mission.
