| Had my hiace 3l for 6 years now and although it's 1997 model and probably getting a bit long in the tooth I just can't think about changing it as its so damn reliable - it never goes wrong!power is great and smooth - incredible. I feel completely confident with it.It's a real gem, so well made! I did have a new exhaust which my garage had to get from Japan and they said the new ones were nothing like as good quality as the original which is a shame. Its a Gold one and I'm now getting a few dings so need to get some touch up paint. Also the back bumper is now getting knocked - strange I'm never there when it happens!? My interior is near superb - like new. On another note I am so pleased that there is now a site dedicated to these vehicles . I looked for ages and only ever came up with Townaces. I thought I must be the only one! Great lads keep it up. | Hi Kev Welcome to the club! Was it you that phoned me about tyre sizes? Someone phoned me and explained they had a Hiace 4x4 , manual model for the last 6 years, but didn't know the correct tyre size? Regards Simon | |
