Rear end ( the van's ) is getting a bit bouncy - can I fit ordinary shocks & keep the TEMS on the front? If so, anyone have a part number?

Have you checked the epc on the 'sticky' for the number?

If you are not replacing with tems units I'd be inclined to consider renewing all 4
