Gosh, but absolutely no real idea. I've heard of people putting up a hammock for sleeping or just a cargo net for storage, but this doesn't look right for either of these. It's a bit like in inside roof rack!

Only other thing to suggest is to see how much it expands / collapses or see if there are any logos / numbers on the parts that you might be able to look up.

Sorry I can't help more, but do report back when you have found out.

What's odd is that the roof liner seems to be designed to accommodate the mounting points with recessed sections. Some kind of optional extra?
