I need to get this old head unit out. I tried with removal keys but it's screwed into the frame Removing head unit 16516410so I guess dash removal is the way... Any links for this would be appreciated as I have no idea where to start.

Remove the panel which surrounds it (there will likely be one or two screws under the air vents at the top (just tilt the vents and you will see them) and screws or push in clips in other parts. You may need to unplug some of the switches and maybe pull off the buttons from the heater controls. Once that panel is removed there will be screws holding in the frame which contains the head unit, remove them and take out the frame with the head unit. There will then be screws through the sides of the frame into the head unit, remove those, job done. Sounds harder than it is. Fit the new unit using the same brackets / frame.
