RoamerNW sells shocks, lift kits, etc very reasonably priced, with some expert knowledge on Hiaces.
We are replacing our TEMS system with gas-a-just shocks (better for highway), but they offer off-road options. Check them out before going down the rabbit hole of replacement OEM parts.

Second this! Roamer is great. They helped me with a a new set of shocks and lift. They're definitely experts and reasonably priced.

I just installed their lift on my 94. Would definitely recommend it. Pricing is more reasonable then others as well.
