| 1995 KZH106 fulltime 4wd,, can freewheeling hubs be fitted?? just to save on fuel and wear and tear? I see the older selectable 4wd's have them. Any reason they cannot be fitted to my van? If so where can i get them in NZ..thnx | |

| Probably not much point in having freewheel hubs in newer models that don't have a transfer case. You can't disengage the front propellor shaft so the front wheel drive will continue turning anyway. Might not be too good for the central diff either which likely has a limited slip mechanism. | |
