| Hi! Does anyone know if there are any other Hiace or Toyota axles that will fit a 96 super custom (with ABS)? I'm located in Melbourne and my mechanic said I need it replaced but having trouble tracking one down. Any help would be appreciated Thanks! | |

| The rear axle? Is your van 4WD? Not sure it makes a difference but it may. Perhaps the model you have may be usefully added to your signature.
The axle consists of a few things, the castings, the outer bearings, hubs etc, the centre casing and the gears in the diff. If you don't need a whole assembly it may be easier to look for just the parts, so...
.. what part has the problem and what's wrong with it?
Toyota shared many parts around their vehicles - i.e. they'd never re-invent a diff if they already had one to use from other models.
