| Under the passenger seat next to the engine there should be a plate with the engine, transmission and diff models on it.

| If the diff is currently free and not whining (i.e. adjusted properly) would it be possible to just do the nut up to the same position as it was to start with?
Also if there is a crush sleeve your options may be limited. | |
