| Subject: Which alloy wheel nuts ? Sat Apr 11, 2015 3:39 pm | |
| Have recently purchased used 16X8 Nissan 200SX alloys for my SC that are obviously the correct PCD 114.3, just had 215/65 commercial tyres put on them in readiness for going on a road trip only for the tyre guys to inform me they would not fit them because i need specific nuts for them..... So far from what i can gather the studs are M12 x 1.5 but what type of nut do i require, the wheel recesses seem to be flat but slightly countersunk also ? Someone help please | |

| Plenty of sets on ebay. Cone bit for steel wheel and a flat washer type bit (fixed on the cheap ones, moves on the more expensive and Toyota ones) for alloys. The cone is not good for alloys as the metal is soft and can wear/crack using them. | |
