Hi all.
I'm wondering what is the moulded hollow in the dash, below the fuel gauge, to the left of the steering wheel for. It is very similar in shape to an i-phone, which is obviously coincidental, (unless Nostradamis was Japanese)
It has an open slit at the top (base of the cavity) and another opening in the dash a little further down.

Just intrigued, as I can't figure out why it is there.
