1993 4WD super custom Axel Oil

Hi
I know that the rear diff on my 4WD 1993 2.8L super custom LTD is a limited slip diff and therefore uses LSD oil but I've just been told by my local garage that the front diff probably isn't limited slip and therefore takes normal oil (but they are not to sure!).
Can any one tell me for sure what the front diff is and what oil it takes? (if you know how much it holds that would be great too)
