| Woo hoo finally got the internet on at home! We made it to cairn in mostly one piece, I think my mental state is a bit broken but other then that all is good. Car ran well but the leak I have in the front seems to be a lot worse then I thought. I have it booked in for a service next week, hopefully they can track down the source. | Yeah we arrived over a month ago but things took longer to settle & get a place of our own & then a cyclone & then issues connecting the net at home. But Yes we made it | |

| Na not really, we are in Cairns. Few palm leaves etc around the yard but other then no power for a few days all was good.

| On the way up we left each town in south QLD as the floods were taking hold, pretty much every town was flooded by the end of the day, thankfully we had early starts & kept ahead of it all just enough to not get stuck anywere. | |
