I agree with your thoughts, but he does not teach to anyone, in fact he only lets you feel the effects and offers you the chance to join his Acadamy.
The heavy strike was relieved by one of the team bashing me around the neck, same as he does for the KO. The KOs are only done on his team as they have signed a waiver. They know what to expect. It takes years to perfect so it is not something you can learn overnight.
He has trained in MA for over 40 years has black belts in various forms. If we wanted to take you out I'm sure a single strike would do it, a simple brush on the outside of your arm had me doubled in pain with an arm that took an hour to be of any use. The leg took me straight out, yes I saw it coming as it was a demonstration, I was in agony, a few thumps on the neck and the pain went just had what felt like a bruised leg but with no bruise.
