Radiator

Anyone know where I can buy a radiator for a 1992 2.4 SC. Toyota don't sell them anymore!

Took mine to a rad specilalist an' he said it is beyond redemption.

Its for a manual box but they might know of where to get one for an auto.............

Can you access the online parts....see if its the same rad as fitted to the 3L non turbo model?
Might increase the chances of getting a used one. Breakers also appear on ebay.
Prepared with chassis / model numbers I'd phone another toyota dealer to ask for one..see if you get the same response
(Why is it 'beyond redemption'?.....don't they just solder the things together in the 1st place?)
May be worth looking for someone who custom builds rads if you really draw a blank...though a rad off something else might fit the bill with minor mods

The tanks on either side need replacing having multipule fractures. The guy didn't have the equipment to fix it but gave me the number of another place in Liverpool that is better equiped. So I will have to take it there on Thursday and see what he says. Hopefully the core is OK and he can manufacture the tanks.

I see you are in Preston. I got a quote from a place probably not so far from yuo called MRS. They can remanufacture a rad for arround £280 with 12mon warranty
