Blinking overdrive OFF display

Guys please help me. What does it mean? Blinking overdrive OFF display in the dashboard. Im super worried. Thanks.

Can you feel if overdrive is kicking in ?

yes sir i can feel overdrive is kicking. Sir do you have any idea why its blinking drive off in the dashboard?

possibly a faulty connection at the gear box or behind the dash?

sounds like it, if the overdrive is working .... it may be worth checking it back to the relay too

I am also having a problem with flashing overdive light. I thought it may be a connector, had dash out to find a resisitor has been put on the circut board coneecting with the tacho (tacho is also running slow) dash connectors seem ok. I have been to the local toyota dealer but they cannot tell me where exactly the tach sensor is??? Any ideas?? It has been sugested theat the light flashs due to a faukt?? needs codes to read?? Any help / advice would be appreciated

We are having Flashing Overdrive problem too. Does anybody know were the diagnostic point is to check fault codes??
