Lovely job - you going to get enough cooling rom that radiator/fan or are you going to fit an auxilliary electric fan up front?
I've heaps less horsepower/heat than you but my aftermarket turboed 2.8 began to overheat in the Austrian Alps in summer - I put it down to lack of radiator area when on boost and in thin air....................

the radiator fitted is a 57mm alloy core , which is equal to a 11 core copper in same size the fan isnt even needed , after lots of dyno time it only got to 190 deg F which is about 88 deg C , which im over the moon about! does even need the fan which probly wont kick in until 92-94 deg c , its a hydro fan which runs super fast and silent off the water pump , and when that kicks in it moves a crap load of air !!! way more cfm than an electric 16" thermo ever would

nope , no recorded time . there is a hiace thats done a 11.1 , with a 1jz (stroked to 3L using a 2jz bottom end )
main thing i was concerned about was fuel econamy as well .. i was getting 400-450 on the stock petrol motor and i got 400 from this tank of fuel . but alot of starts and stops so would get a heap more with longer driving. (ps also wait 2-3 mins warm up time , and only travel 8 mins to work , so lots of fuel wasted ) might change , as today i fitted bigger fuel injectors and going for more tuning tommorrow , hopefully get down to our loce drag strip this wed night and record a time .. im also looking for a weigh bridge in our area so i can get an idea on the weight. traction is an issue , mainly in 1st gear , 2nd is ok atm if ya feather it .. but prob all change tommorrow when i look for 50 odd more hp.
