My insurance determined my vehicle (1991 super custom 4wd Lh107G) a total loss after the rear end body/glass repair was quoted at around 7k. I'm preparing for their offer and forming a counter offer. Has anyone succeeded in negotiating a better deal for their JDM given the current market value in the US? I've grabbed prices from importers around the west coast to evidence the value. Are there any dos and don'ts for negotiations with the insurer?
