Rear Shocks for 95 Hiace

Hello Hello,

I have a 95 Hiace 1KZ KZH106W-MFPQT. The replacement shocks I could find internationally out of the middle east are apparently a flight risk, so they can't be shipped. Japan has let me know they are discontinued and apparently no one has them (I have tried multiple sites). The additional issue is that the model I have has a sensor on the rear shock so the stud on one side of the shock is somewhat hollow. The issue is also just finding a similar shock in the states to the one I have already I have tried multiple shocks and always something is just barely off, but so is the way it must be. Now I have turned to y'all for any help possible.

If anyone has any experience and has found a rear shock that fits with or without the sensor that would be super helpful.

When I put your number in a search here in the UK it came up with these so maybe they will do the job although it switched to 48531 26530. Maybe they know something we don't ?

I checked those out, seem to have a eye on the bottom... may have to look and see if I can modify it in someway. Thanks for the help.

Have you checked out the EPC? I had a quick look and there are different options for that version of the hiace (KZH106W-MFPQT). It's difficult to be sure of the part numbers and there are two versions for 1995, but the left and right pages are:

there are references to 48531-26521 in the item descriptions, but the part codes are different in these cases. It's as if 48531-26521 is some kind of special case but it's difficult to identify what it actually refers to. is it on the existing shock?

But whichever, I opened the link to one of the suggested shocks in the list and some have a warning about shipping dangerous items - but they will ship via fedex. It may be worth emailing them and asking their opinion on what's needed and if they'll ship.

Also, have a look at https://partsouq.com/ for importing. I found them very fast and it didn't flag up any safety issues with shipping. Depending on the year, and whether you also have ABS as well as TEMS , they seem to have the main shocks (not the whole assemblies) . the part numbers seem to be:
