Ignition switch cable

I recently moved to the Philippines from Europe and bought an old super custom to use as camper with the family.

The ignition switch is cracked and not working well. I have trouble locating a spare. The part number for my model is marked as discontinued online. 84450-26070

I might eventually find one from someone selling a super custom in parts but i have found some on local china shopping sites that LOOKS similar but for other models.
Can other similar parts work for my van?

Mind checking that part number again please? The one you posted shows as a speedometer adaptor that is not discontinued, shows available for like 37 Toyota models from the 1980’s and is in stock at local dealers here. Found it on Amazon too as a Japanese import.

You are correct. In cutting and pasting while doing archeology online i mixed it up with speed meter wire i am also looking for. I updated my post with the correct part number that seems to be to my model.

Clicking the part 84450 shows a part list on the left side stating:

Switch Assy, Ignition Or Starter
Models: LH100,102,107,113,119,RZH100,101..05S,08S
Prod Date: 19900819910608/1990-06/1991
Quantity Required: 1
84450-26070

From this it look like LH113 could use same type as mine, LH107? Because that's one available on the Philippine shopping site (link in first post)

But this is not easy diving through these parts information. When i look at LH113 on the nengun site i do not find automatic 4 gear model, just manual shift for LH113 so i pick one of those. And it points to another part 84450-26050.
Maybe i just try to order the LH113 one from shopee and try it out. I do not find anything closer anyways. What do you think?


I would order from anywhere if i could, but postage/mail service in this country is broken. Only direct courier delivery works. "local" china sites use motorcycle drivers to deliver to your doorstep.
