LH 101 Brake drums

I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I have in Fiji a Toyota Super Custom engine number starts with LH 101 build date 1980 . I can't find any rear brake drums anywhere, can someone tell me if a later models drums will fit.In Aust. the closest model number I can find is LH102-103 .
