UNI/FILTERS

Srburnsy Hello Mate well i found that uni/filters are almost hopless on the web they would only reply if i sent the same email everyday! But they did tell me that they will make a filter to any size ! Anyhow after weeks of trying to get some help from them i went to Repco today and at last the filter is on the way!!

Thats weird!
I had no prob's what so ever when i called them up. They Identified it when i gave them the measurements so i ordered it ... had it a few days later, couldn't have been easier really. Did you try calling them?

No only on the net ~~I just hope there filters are better than there on line service!!
But when Repco rang them it was just bang bang done and on its way!!

Well still no filter i got a phone call from Repco to say your filter is here so off i go with the SC full of cash get there and yes they have the filter but where is the combo pack (combo pack what combo pack this is all you get !!) SORRY I HAVE PAID FOR THE COMBO AND FILTER so they say it has been lost we will ring you tomorow (BUT THEY DIDN'T SAY WHAT MONTH??)

Hay Merv, sorry to hear of your troubles getting your filter! I wouldn't have recommended it if i thought they would stuff you around so much. Hope you see it soon mate.
