radio band expander

hi all i have a 1994 toyota super custom hiace the radio in it is only playing 70mhz to 90mhz have seen a radio band expander for sale it says it will bring in all uk radio stations , has anyone heard of this, if so are they any good only would be great to get the radio working good be grateful for any help thanks kazcro1 ps happy new year to you all

Hi yes i have heard of them and by all reports they do work. my self i replaced the radio with a jvc cd radio combo unit wwith a cd stacker works a treat.

I've heard of them...but its also a good opportunity to fit a new system.
After all....it'll be in there many years so should pay for itself.
You'll need a standard (halfords or other) toyota connector.....

I have one fitted, they work but a lot of the time the station is not quite tuned in. Van came with a good radio/head unit so I wanted to keep it but the band expanders aren't that good.
