Cylinder Head Tightening sequence from left to right.(AND Removal sequence 90 degrees at a time!! May take several passes.) To tighten Start off at 30 Nm then 60 Nm then 70 Nm then finally torque at 78 Nm before painting dots on bolt heads - all at 360 degree position on bolt head. Then two passes at 90 degree per pass. This will prevent distortion of the head or block faces.

17B - 11A - 9B - 3A - 1B - 5A - 7B - 13A - 15B
16B - 14B - 8B - 6B - 2B - 4B - 10B - 12B -18B

78 N-m Paint Spot on bolt head + 90 degrees + 90 degrees

2 sizes of bolts 107mm (offside of engine 4 off.)
127mm (centre & middle row 14 off)

What is left and what is right??? Seems weird....I have always been told there is a specific sequence for tightening, from center outward....

Just wondering...
