Subject: Fuel cut solenoid Thu Feb 08, 2024 1:34 am
Hi thanks for letting me join. My problem is that I can’t seem to find a fuel cut solenoid for my 1998 Toyota Grand Hiace withe 1KZ-TE turbo diesel. Does anyone out there know where I might find one? Thank you Scott

It sits on the IP pup a round thing with wires it is not fuel cut of as such but a fuel regulator connected to the ECU and does a lot more than stop the engine.

Hi once found a price long ago for fuel solenoid north of $600 however they are serviceable several good videos on you tube. Unfortunately in these modern times if we are unable to DIY these things old vehicles soon become uneconomic if we have to visit a garage for everything .
