Can someone tell me what the sound is?

So we’ve decided to leave the Delica world and joint the Hiace club. Thanks for having me.

Bought our 2003 hiace sc living saloon yesterday and today, when the purchase anxiety has started to wear off and my senses coming back to life, I started hearing these noises when pushing the throttle. The little clock sound plus the start of a humming sound. The humming sound doesn’t increase with revs, it just stays constant. And as soon as the foot comes off the pedal, it stops. And doesn’t matter if it’s in P, Drive or N.

If anyone has an idea of what it is I’d appreciate it.
