Phantom electrical issue with video

1994 SC 3.0 1kzte



Had an issue yesterday morning where after 30sec-2min after the first start in the morning, it sounded like a relay clicking behind the dash, then the would van shut off. did this 3 times in a row, then I basically let the van sit for half a day. everything sounds normal.

But found continuous blinking check engine light was the result.
Ive video of this also, havent uploaded yet.

Havent disconnected the battery or tried to clear codes since the event. looking to get it scanned today at some point.

Drove it around the block on the day it happened, and did a school drop today like a 5km school run, I cant seem to replicate the issue, I hear a relay click from behind the dash area, could be below in the right hand side fuse box but for the life of me NO freaken issue.


Im at this point only guessing that it could be a sensor of some type, anyone know what type this could be.
