I hope I'm allowed to post these here as they're not a Hiace van but it was pointed out in another thread that I've not posted pics of what replaced our van 'Agatha Alice', this one is called Doris after a lady who died and left Carole some money which went towards the purchase of this camper. It is variously described as a Toyota Dyna or a Hiace light truck which has had a camper body fitted. The guy who did the conversion imported many of these and fitted them out as hire campers, many have been onsold as our one was. Ours has had very extensive modifications since it was sold for the first time but there is another one almost the same living quite near us, we've yet to befriend the owner and look at it, maybe one day when the COVID-19 scare is over.
More pics may follow if anyone is interested.

Wow.
Can you identify it on the Toyota EPC site using the frame number?
Are there weights on the plate. Seems big, but roomy.
Thanks for the post.

Here are the two plates, first the NZ modification certification, this one is under the passenger seat:
Next the Toyota one on the pillar beside the driver's seat:
There's no weights shown there but the TARE as written on the vehicle side is 2440 Kg. It has everything in it that we wished we could have had in the orange van but space would not permit. It's tight but comfortably not too tight although more than two people could be a bit difficult.

And this chapter has now come to a close. Carole's health will never allow her to make use of a camper so today 'Doris' has a new owner who may or may not join this forum. It will leave our driveway where it has spent nearly all of its' time and head to a new home in Gisborne. I hope the new owner will get a lot of pleasure from it considering all the work and money we put into it while we had it.

Sorry to hear, AA. Wishing you and Carole all the best. Thanks for keeping another LH119 on the road all these years.
I bought my van from the original owner who sold for the same reason. Life catches up and plans change, as it always has been.
